A word from the founder, Clara:
I have experience as a gallery assistant and manager, as well as a personal assistant, and I am deeply committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. I am currently completing a Nutrition and Wellness Coaching certification at Harvard Medical School, expanding my expertise to offer a truly integrated, health-focused approach.

For me, everything begins with food: a source of connection, creativity, and balance. From this passion, I help clients craft a way of living that feels both nourishing and refined.
